De klinische stage vormt een essentieel onderdeel van de masteropleiding Klinische Psychologie. Tijdens deze intensieve praktijkperiode word je onder begeleiding van een ervaren klinisch psycholoog en een VUB-stagementor ingezet in een erkende voorziening (bv. psychiatrisch ziekenhuis, centrum voor geestelijke gezondheidszorg, revalidatiecentrum). Je leert er anamneses afnemen, psychodiagnostisch onderzoek uitvoeren, behandelplannen opstellen en therapeutische gesprekken voeren met echte cliënten. Deze hands-on ervaring is onmisbaar voor je professionele ontwikkeling en bereidt je voor op de latere erkenning als klinisch psycholoog.
